SBL Couriers Strengthens Commitment to Inclusion with Hidden Disabilities Training

At SBL Couriers, inclusion, respect, and people-first values remain at the centre of our operations.

On 14 May 2026, our team successfully completed specialised training focused on supporting and understanding people living with non-visible disabilities, reinforcing our commitment to creating a more inclusive and accessible workplace environment.

The training was inspired by the internationally recognised Hidden Disabilities Sunflower programme, a global initiative created to support people living with hidden disabilities, conditions, and neurodivergence. The Sunflower symbol is recognised worldwide as a sign that an individual may require additional support, understanding, or patience, even if their condition is not immediately visible.

During the session, SBL collaborators received guidance on recognising that not all disabilities are visible and learned how empathy, communication, patience, and awareness can positively impact both colleagues and customers. The training also highlighted the importance of creating environments where individuals feel respected, supported, and understood in their daily routines.

As a result of this initiative, SBL Couriers is now officially trained and prepared to welcome and support employees and collaborators with non-visible disabilities, continuing to strengthen an inclusive culture across all areas of the business.

This milestone reflects SBL’s ongoing mission to build a workplace where diversity is valued, opportunities are accessible, and every individual is treated with dignity and respect.

At SBL, logistics is not only about delivering parcels — it is about delivering purpose, inclusion, and positive impact.
